DXG-567V HD YouTube Camcorder

dxg-567

DXG is really on fire. Within this half year alone, there were 3 CHEAP Compact Camcorders (CCC ?) released, targetting the portable-users, started back on January, DXG-566V HD for $150, then on April — DXG-569V HD for $170, and now another one from DXG, 567V HD for $180.

Even it claims HD on every series, in past, the review for the last CHEAP COMPACT CAMCORDER COMPARISON (CCCC ??) was proving that DXG only got medicore rating. Not sure about this one, since it’s relatively just released today.

Wooden Dock for iPod Nano

minfo2

I’m okay with ECO-fashion lately these days. “Go green, go green” — fine; but this wooden dock, which is dedicated for iPod, completely ruins the elegant trademark for Apple’s products. It’s not even glossy layered.

I don’t like this dock.

The design also looks annoying. The perfect fit space for iPod, I believe, will gives you trouble to take your iPod in and out.

The Wi-Fi Cellphones from T-Mobile

Several days ago, T-Mobile announced their new cellphones, Nokia 6301 together with Samsung T339. Both of them have Wi-Fi capability, which means, they support T-Mobile HotSpot@Home service for unlimited, nationwide call through Wi-Fi networks.

Comparing both cellphones, they are just like a normal phone — except, the Wi-Fi functionality. Nokia, as usual, has the better, larger screen size resolution, and richer colors. Nokia 6301 also comes with the 2.0MP camera, while Samsung T339 got only 1.3MP.

Samsung holds a better charge on battery for continuously talk time, where it’s the only good thing I can notice. Specs-wise, Nokia 6301 is way ahead, include the zoom capability, lite-size, weight, SD Memory, also the voice dialing, recording, speaker phone, push to talk, etc.

iRiver LPlayer Review

iriver lplayer

It’s kind of new MP3 player from iRiver, the LPlayer Series. It’s pretty small in size, with 2.36 x 1.69 x 0.51 inches dimension, which make it looks like rather thick.

Maintains the “button-less” style from the previous iRiver Clix series, this LPlayer also comes with touch screen navigation system. The screen is 2″ diagonally, with 320 x 240 pixel resolution. Quite small, yes, but that’s what you get for such a tiny PMP.

Nokia E71 Reviewed

e71-review-012

Could this be the best QWERTY for Nokia series yet? E71 received full praises from all reviews around the NET. Yes, for its thinness, even the screen is less than 2.7″ (compared to E61and 3.5″ iPhone); it doesn’t lose the favor in features and performance.

It’s planned to be release on 3rd quarter of this year. The highest bet for its phone carrier will be AT&T, but who knows?

As for complete review and report, you can read it from Boy Genius Report, also from Engadget Mobile.

Quick specs (subject to change)
