Another UMPC strikes the market again. From Medion, it’s called Mini PC Akoya. It was up on Computex TAIPEI 2008, and available for 400 Euro — about $630.

This 10.2″ mini-laptop, powered by 1.6GHz Intel Atom Processor, the laptop design looks pretty solid. Resembles with MSI-Wind somehow, but that’s not the problem. I have more concern with the storage.

From AVING report, written that it has 80 GB of HDD, while on the brochure, it’s clearly stated as an S.S.D. Which one is correct? Judges from the price, is it possible for that price to load 80GB SSD in this mini-laptop?
