Creative is really pacing themselves in releasing new fresh design for their portable media players. The Zen Mosaic has been announced not so long after Zen X-Fi released, however Zen Mosaic appears to be smaller and lighter than X-Fi. It also holds 32 hours battery life, with 1.8″ display panel (TFT 64k Colors).

The design is pretty unique and catchy — especially the navigation button that seems like aligned to the left, placed with the “mosaic” concept. Let’s check some close up of the features.

Apparently the buttons are quite responsive and sturdy, and still basically the same style with Zen class generally.

It comes in black, silver, and pink in color, and surprisingly it has a quite powerful built-in speaker as well. You don’t need to be afraid, considering your friend’s ear wax will sticks on your earphones anymore.

The microphone also located on top edge of the speaker, which is make more sense in recording. As for dimension, compared to Zen X-Fi, here’s how it look like:

I’m not really sure what $ (Dollar) curency are they, but most likely it’s in USD. The 8GB should not be over $200, based on their announcement. Currently they’re still roaming around Singapore, and should be hitting USA in August.
